Choc Orange Thickshake

Our mandarin tree is currently laden with sweet little orange clusters. My favourite way to eat them is straight off the tree while wandering around the garden checking in on my seedlings but in close second is this creamy Choc Orange Thickshake.
It makes a filling breakfast or lighter meal during the day when you’re hungry as the protein, fibre and healthy fats should keep you feeling full for a while! It’s also decadent enough to cure strong chocolate cravings but with the added benefit of a mighty dose of nutrients.
What makes it super special and ultra-delicious is the addition of Blue Frog Breakfast Cereal - Dark Cacao, Bitter Orange & Cinnamon. It's crunchy, moreish and adds even more choc-orange goodness!

Choc Orange Thickshake
1 banana, sliced into rounds and frozen
2 mandarins or ½ orange, flesh only
2 Tbspn raw cashews
Handful spinach (or other leafy greens)
1.5 Tbspn raw cacao or good quality cacoa powder
1 cup milk of your choice (I used homemade almond milk here because I love the nutty flavour)
Topping: 1 Tbspn Blue Frog breakfast - Dark Cacao, Bitter Orange & Cinnamon.
Place all of the ingredients into a high-powdered blender or Nutri-bullet and process until thick and creamy.
Pour into a serving glass and top with Blue Frog Breakfast Cereal.
Enjoy!
