Veg of the Week...Broccoli


With it's dark green and perfectly neat florets, broccoli offers a wealth of nutritious benefits. It's a great source of folate, Vitamin C, Vitamin K and potassium while also offering anti-cancer properties due to it's high sulforaphane levels.

Winter is the perfect time to enjoy Broccoli because it's in season, abundant and economical to buy (or grow if you have green fngers!).

I love broccoli every which way, but I'm particularly drawn to my Lemony Almond Broccoli which is without a doubt my favourite way to eat it!
