Before all of the Autumn Feijoa goodness disappears, be sure to make this most delicious Feijoa Cake. It’s gluten-free and packed with wholesome fruit. You can find the recipe here but I love to ice it with a simple Mascarpone icing made by mixing the following in a bowl:
200g Mascarpone cheese
2 Tbspn Pure Maple Syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Make it extra pretty by adding some toasted almonds and a few roses from the garden. Enjoy!
