    • ¼ cup cacao powder or good quality cocoa powder

    • ¼ cup nut butter (i.e. peanut, hazelnut, almond or cashew butter)

    • 5 Medjool dates, pitted

    • 1/4 cup runny honey (or pure maple syrup)

    • Dash cinnamon

Optional: Desiccated coconut or extra cacao powder to rolls the balls in

    1. Place all of the ingredients into a food processor (except extra coconut or cacao powder for dusting) and blend until the mixture comes together when you press it between your fingers.

    2. Roll the mixture into small balls. Roll each ball in coconut or dust with cacao powder if you wish.

    3. Place in the fridge to set for a few hours and then store in the fridge or freezer.
